Invitations

When an Antiquitea children’s tea party invitation arrives in the post, you know you are in for a treat!  Our sweet invitations are designed to set the scene and start the anticipation for what’s to come!  Every invitation is personalised and printed to suit your party and can either be posted to the host for distribution, or we will arrange for the postman deliver them straight to your guests!

Children’s Tea Party Co-ordinators

Wouldn’t it be nice to relax, take photos and enjoy the fun of the day whilst someone else does all the work for you?  ..Our fully-trained Children’s Tea Party Co-ordinators are here to help!  They will co-ordinate the entire event from setting up the decorations and tea table, to organising all the tea party games and prizes (plus anything else you might need in between)!  At the end of the party, everything is packed away and you are left with nothing to do except savour the day with your daughter! (included in the Party Princess and Supreme Queen Packages!).

$150 for 2 hours (then $45/hr for each additional hour)

  

Games and Prizes

Our fun and imaginative tea party games are all age-appropriate with a fun, tea party theme throughout!  Our prizes are all beautifully-wrapped and the surprises inside are of the highest quality and are sure to delight the lucky winners!  Contents are all vintage-style or tea party themed toys and games, etc.

If you have booked a Party Princess or Supreme Queen Package or simply arranged for a Tea Party Co-ordinator to assist you on the day, she will organise all the games and prizes for you.  Alternatively, if you want to do things yourself, our games kits are the solution!  Each kit includes instructions, prizes and whatever else is needed to play that particular game!

NB:  Games and prizes are purchased separately when booking just a Tea Party Co-ordinator for the day – but are all included in the cost of the Party Princess and Supreme Queen Packages.

Take-Home Deluxe Party Pails

Our perfectly charming vintage-style party pails are the most amazing way to end a tea party!  Little eyes will light up as each guest is handed their very own (named) party pail to take home with them.  Each party pail is filled to the brim with all sorts of thoughtful little vintage-style goodies and toys to play with afterwards as well as a variety of old-fashioned sweets and a home-made iced teapot or cupcake cookie!  (included in the Supreme Queen Package)

Filled with old-fashioned sweets and a vintage-style treat, these ‘budget-friendly’ goody bags are a wonderful way to treat your guests at the end of your tea party! (included in the Party Princess Package)

Gift for the Birthday Girl

If you have booked a Party Princess or Supreme Queen Package, a beautifully-wrapped gift will be delivered to the birthday girl!  Inside, she will find a delightful, hand-made ‘shabby chic’-styled keepsake to use and treasure for years to come.

A birthday gift may also be purchased separately when you design your own tea party by selecting only the elements you need from our Party Planner.

 Personalised Tea Party Bunting

The birthday girl will be so surprised to see her name on some beautiful ‘shabby chic’-styled bunting on her special day.  What a wonderful touch to her vintage tea party and a lovely keepsake to display in her bedroom afterwards!

Our personalised tea party bunting is custom-made by hand and can be ordered up to a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the big day!

A beautiful selection of garden party bunting is also included in our Party Hire Packages or can be hired separately for $5 per 3-4m length.

Birthday Cup Cakes
