How to Book
Simply send an email to fiona@antiquitea.com.au with the details of your special occasion. Please include:
- Date/time required
- Number of guests
- Type of occasion (eg. birthday, kitchen tea, baby shower, etc)
- Location of tea party (Antiquitea operates throughout the Perth metropolitan area)
- Your name and contact details
- Which hire package you are interested in
- Any other thoughts and ideas you may have for the day
Save the Date
Once your deposit (50% of the hire package charge) is received, your booking will be confirmed (the balance of payment, plus final numbers will be due 3 working days prior to the event).
Terms and Conditions
Deposit is fully refundable (less a $20 cancellation fee) up to 3 working days prior to the booking date. Should insufficient notice be given when cancelling a booking (ie less than 3 working days prior to the date booked), the full deposit will be forfeited.
Final payment is due 3 working days prior to the event. A final guest list/numbers for the event are also to be confirmed at this time.
For the Basic, Standard and Premium Hire Packages, a bond of $200 is payable when making your final payment and this will be fully refunded once everything has been collected, hand-washed and packed away. The chance of a breakage is highly unlikely because we pack, deliver, set-up, clear-away, hand-wash and pack away everything ourselves, thus greatly reducing the risk of any damage to the china. Because of this, we have not had any vintage china breakages/losses to date. We do, however, realise that they may occur from time to time and, therefore, charge a fee of $30 per breakage/loss. This amount will be put towards the cost of a replacement item and this policy only applies to breakages or loss of vintage crockery pieces and silver cutlery/servers.
